Aftercare

Patients who have completed Inpatient Day Treament, Addiction Day Treatment or Outpatient Rehabilitation gain additional support and therapy through Aftercare.

The program consists of at least 12 sessions, scheduled throughout the week during the day or evening. Group therapy and peer interaction help the recovering patient make the transition back into daily living without mood-altering chemicals.

Young adults (ages 13-21) attend Young Adult Aftercare; Adults over age 21 attend Adult Aftercare; and all female patients are assigned to a special Women's Aftercare group.

Adult Aftercare generally lasts three to four months; Young Adult Aftercare typically lasts four or five months.
